Facade cleaning is our domain and we know exactly what is the most effective and at the same time the most gentle way of cleaning. We always clean facades chemically, so that we remove 100% of atmospheric and organic dirt, including its germs!

We then clean the facade with water at a maximum pressure of 60 bar. We then treat and impregnate the cleaned facade with products that protect your facade against algae and mould for several years!

Our services are designed for everyone, whether it is a small house, apartment building or company building. We have our own working platform with a range of 28m. We can handle an apartment building of eight floors without any problem. In the case of taller buildings, we work with platforms from our contractors, or we can provide raised platforms.

Recommendation:

Never entrust your facade to someone who does not clean it chemically, but only with water! Whoever tells you that chemistry is not needed and that hot water will replace it, send them away immediately! Hot water will soften the facade and wash out the paint too much! Any manufacturer of facade paints and systems will confirm that hot water does not belong on a facade! Cleaning facades, using a disc with a nozzle assembly, is also not a happy solution. You have to keep the facade in view at all times during the cleaning process and the disc does not allow you to do that. You don't even think about it and the hole in the facade is gone!

The fact that the facade is dirty usually means that it is biologically infested. One of the most widespread problems is the presence of algae and mould. However, it is important to remember that this is not just a problem of aesthetically unacceptable appearance!

A dirty façade poses several other risks. In fact, the intense presence of mould on the surface of the façade also poses a health risk. It is a threat especially for allergy sufferers, because moulds, or their spores, enter the flats through the windows during ventilation and have a negative effect on the human body!

Impregnation of facades

After cleaning, it is necessary to impregnate the façade in order to regain the protective properties it has lost over time.

The impregnation gives the facade completely new protective properties. After the application of the impregnation, the facade acquires hydrophobic properties, thanks to which it repels water and prevents the formation of moisture. Moisture is the main reason for the formation of algae, mould and moss on the facade. The impregnation significantly reduces the adhesion of dirt on the facade, increases the resistance of the facade to weather conditions such as temperature fluctuations, sunlight, frost, rain, etc. The impregnation significantly strengthens the surface of the facade and increases its mechanical resistance, which you will appreciate in places with frequent wind gusts.

Before impregnation, we offer chemical treatment of the facade

with a product that is absorbed into the façade, It creates a protective film that protects the façade against the re-growth of algae, mould, fungi and moss in the long term.

The combination of these two types of protection guarantees the best possible protection for the façade.
