PAVING CLEANING
Deep cleaning of paving and other types of floors. We remove moss, grease, old dirt. Subsequently, we treat the pavements with impregnation or reviving coatings.
Mosses, lichens, deposits and grease
We will rid your pavement of moss, lichen, grease, oil or oil stains and other hard-to-remove dirt. Where others run out of breath, we step in!
We offer deep cleaning of exterior and interior pavers and other types of flooring. Thanks to our experience, we know which cleaning system to choose. We always clean chemically in combination with a pressure washer. We regulate the pressure (max. 300 bar) and water heating up to 100°C as required.
We have equipment that allows us to clean industrial and commercial buildings. With the nozzle system and simultaneous water extraction, we do not create a "flood". The water is immediately extracted and pumped into an IBC container. We then take the container away for environmentally friendly disposal.

Impregnating coatings
We only impregnate surfaces with high quality and durable impregnations. These impregnations have several important properties. First of all, they harden the surface to prevent it from crumbling, protect against water absorption, oils, prevent the formation of mosses and lichens. The impregnation is transparent and does not significantly change the original appearance of the surface. The impregnation is vapour permeable and allows the surface to breathe.
We offer several types of impregnations from classic hydrophobic, oleophobic to impregnations with resistance to aggressive liquids.

Revival coatings
Above all, revitalising coatings give the surface a healthy and fresh appearance. These coatings are characterized by very high durability, protection against water, oil and oil spills, and also prevent the formation of mosses, algae and lichens. They ensure easy maintenance of the surface. They are mobile and can withstand heavy loads. A huge advantage is that they can harden and wrap the sand between the tiles. This prevents moss from forming in the joints!

Washing tiles - light soiling
Cleaning the pavement with chemicals and pressurized water. Most often, this is pollution with a slight presence of mosses and lichens. The surface is only darkened.

Washing tiles medium soiling
Cleaning of the pavement using chemicals and pressurized water. 2-3 cycles of repeating the cleaning process to achieve the desired result.
Most often this is a heavy infestation of mosses and lichens on the surface.
Price 70 - 90 CZK/m² without VAT
Washing tiles heavy soiling
Cleaning of the pavement using chemicals and pressurized water. 4-6 cycles of repeating the cleaning process to achieve the desired result. Most often this involves cleaning away oils and other hard to remove contaminants.
Price 90 - 100 CZK/m² excluding VAT
Reviving paint
Protects the pavement against water and oils. High mechanical resistance. Strengthens and encapsulates the sand between the tiles. Prevents the formation of moss in the joints.

Revival coating - polyurethane varnish
Protection against water, oil, acid and other chemicals. Resistant coating against the formation of tyre marks. This is the TOP solution on the market!
