In cooperation with Caparol, we offer facade coatings of the highest quality. A healthy and clean facade without mold, algae and loss of pigment with a guarantee of up to 12 years!

Facade coatings with a guarantee of up to 12 years against greening and fading

We paint facades using Airless or roller technology. We use only high quality certified coating systems, they contain special photocatalytic pigments that provide a self-cleaning effect and increased protection of the surface against primary infestation by microorganisms (algae and fungi).

The coatings are also characterized by long colour fastness and resistance to sunlight.

Before each coating, the facade is first thoroughly cleaned and free of all dirt. We then carry out a remediation spray with Capatox biocide, apply a primer and finish the work with two coats.

Before painting, we are able to make minor repairs to the facade, such as cracks, cracks, bird holes and other imperfections.

We carry out work from working platforms, ladders, catwalks and in extreme emergencies using climbing equipment. We work without scaffolding!

It's not just about aesthetics

The fact that the facade is dirty usually means that it is biologically infested. One of the most widespread problems is the presence of algae and mould. However, it is important to remember that this is not just a problem of aesthetically unacceptable appearance!

A dirty façade poses several other risks. In fact, the intense presence of mould on the surface of the façade also poses a health risk. It is a threat especially for allergy sufferers, because moulds, or their spores, enter the flats through the windows during ventilation and have a negative effect on the human body!
