Cleaning PV panels
Cleaning PV panels using chemistry, demineralized water and special brushes. We can gently remove solid dirt, dried droppings from birds or insects, mosses, lichens or pollen deposits. After drying, the surface is free of stains and smudges, which also reduce the performance of the panels.
Cleaning solar panels
The photovoltaic panels are cleaned using chemicals, demineralized water and special brushes that have been designed for this purpose. Thanks to this combination we can gently remove solid dirt, dried bird or insect droppings, moss, lichens or pollen deposits. Once dry, the surface is free of stains and smudges, which also reduce the performance of the panels.
Thanks to our equipment and our own working platform, we can clean panels located on the ground and on the roof. We can extend the cleaning brushes up to 7 metres, which means we can reach up to 7 rows of solar panels from the ground.
Why is it important to clean solar panels?
Solar panels are often exposed to various types of contaminants that can significantly affect their efficiency and performance. Impurities such as bird droppings, soot, traffic exhalations, but also natural elements such as moss, algae, pollen or mould can settle on the surface of the panels and form an undesirable layer. This layer, sometimes referred to as a 'film', prevents full penetration of sunlight to the solar cells, resulting in a reduction in efficiency and the amount of electricity generated.
Regular cleaning of PV panels is therefore crucial to maintain their optimum performance and extend their lifetime. Removing these contaminants will ensure that your solar equipment is operating at its maximum potential, giving you the best possible return on your renewable energy investment. Regular maintenance of your solar panels guarantees their long-term and efficient performance.
Treatment of panels with ceramic coating
As an additional service in the care of photovoltaic panels, we also offer their treatment with a special product. This product forms an invisible ceramic layer on the surface with excellent long-term protection against water, fly dust and sand, pollen, air pollution, greasy traffic film, pollution from birds and insects, mineral deposits.
A panel treated in this way is essentially self-cleaning, thanks to an invisible nano layer, any dirt in the rain will pack onto the water beads and simply run off the surface. The 9H hardness ceramic coating hardens the surface, which is then resistant to abrasion and weathering, thus significantly extending the life of the panels. One treatment will provide protection for up to 5 years!
The product guarantees 100% light transmission, resists high temperatures and sudden climatic changes.
